Who we are
Athletic Mission is a gym in Cairo, Egypt. This page covers our website and our apps.
For now the app is published in the app stores by Ikigai Egypt for Information Systems.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone, date of birth, photo.
- Bookings, packages, payments and invoices.
- Training logs, nutrition logs and assessment results.
- Photos you upload.
- Photos you choose to have read automatically, such as InBody results, may be processed by an AI service.
- Messages you send in chat.
Health data
Only if you tap Connect Health and allow it. Apple Health on iPhone, Health Connect on Android.
- We read: active and total calories, workouts, steps, heart rate, resting heart rate, sleep, weight and body fat %.
- We save daily totals and one line per workout.
- We use it only for your training and nutrition pages and for your coach.
- Never for ads. Never sold. Never shared outside the gym.
- You can disconnect at any time and delete the health data we saved.
Not medical advice. Ask your doctor before big changes.
Who sees your data
- You.
- Your coaches.
- Gym staff who need it for their work.
- Other clients see your name on a leaderboard, unless you hide it.
- Companies that run our server, email and notifications for us. They use it only to run the service.
- Push notifications go through Apple and Google (Firebase).
How long we keep it
While your account is open. After you delete your account we keep invoices, payments and booking history for our accounts. We remove the rest.
Delete your account
In the app: My Details (Welcome page for new sign-ups), then Delete my account. Enter your password, or your email if you sign in with Google or Apple. It is deleted at once. We remove your login, contact details, photos, files and health data. Your name stays on invoices.
